A Thanksgiving Bonfire

A couple of years ago my parents built a new house in the country complete with a backyard fire pit. Starting that first year we made a new family tradition that after we eat our Thanksgiving meal we go out and have a big bonfire. We roast marshmallows and tell family stories. The bonfire has become my favorite part of Thanksgiving and no celebration would be complete without it.
