An Ethnic Thanksgiving

Our extended family is quite ethnically diverse so we introduced an idea that will make our Thanksgiving meal more diverse. Besides a traditional Thanksgiving turkey and mashed potatoes provided by the host family, everyone that is invited is expected to bring a dish that represents their heritage. Since we implemented the new rules, our Thanksgiving dinner is even better than before. To date we've have Italian, Japanese, French, German, Indian, and Irish dishes.
