Breakfast in Bed

In our family it’s tradition that the birthday celebrant receives breakfast in bed. We make a wonderful big breakfast with all the fixings... eggs, sausage, French toast and berries. Then the breakfast is placed on a special birthday tray and delivered to the room of the person who’s birthday it is that day. Everyone parades into the room with balloons, streamers and of course, breakfast. We sing “Happy Birthday” and jump on the bed to wake the person up to a tasty meal and lots of hugs and kisses.
