Decorating with Red, White and Blue

At my house we always begin by flying a beautiful crisp flag on the 4th of July. Our house looks so festive and patriotic. I decorate the front walk by sticking small American flags in the ground leading up to our house. We string up a set of red, white and blue patio lights in our backyard. I have gathered a two full tubs of 4th of July decorations that I use to decorate the house and yard. In fact I get more excited about decorating for the 4th of July than I do for Christmas. We invite a few friends over for a wonderful meal and we sit on our front porch and watch the fireworks displays from around our neighborhood.
