Gifts to the Food Pantry

We have a large family gathering each year for Thanksgiving at my In-laws house. To gain entrance to house, each person is expected to bring a donation for the local food pantry. You can choose to bring a can or an entire grocery bag donation. While it's a simple tradition, I think it's a good one. It brings attention to those that may not have the same opportunity to eat such a delicious and filling dinner as we do.
