Girls Getaway Tradition

Last spring, four friends and I made our first visit to Magnolia Ridge Hideaway, a beautiful crafter’s retreat in Wisconsin Dells. We brought along our scrapbooking and stamping supplies so we could enjoy a weekend of crafting. It was awesome! Not only did we each finish several scrapbook pages and handmade cards, but we also enjoyed time to ourselves (without kids and husbands), drank several bottles of wine, ate wonderful dinners, stayed up late chatting and best of all, relaxed. We had so much fun laughing, crafting and bonding that we decided to make it an annual tradition. A whole weekend away doing whatever you want with your best friends… what more could a girl ask for? We already booked our weekend for this year and we invited along three more friends to join us. We’ll be planning our Girls Getaway tradition for many years to come at Magnolia Ridge. Even better, they opened a new outlet mall in the Dells since we were there last year. This year, we’re going to have to work on fitting in some shopping too!
