Letters from Mom

My daughter loves getting the mail and delivering it to me when she comes home from school. One day she asked me why she never receives any mail. So I got an idea to send her a letter or card once or twice a month. Now she not only gets extra excited when there is something in the mail for her, but she also gets more practice reading the letters I write her. More importantly she even started (with the help of her Dad) writing letters back to me. Now I am the one that gets excited when I see a note from Maddie mixed in with my pile of bills.
