Mom Mans the Barbecue on Father's Day

My husband Al is the grill master all year long, except for Father's Day. We always have a big backyard BBQ with the extended family and on Father's Day, I (wo)man the grill so he can sit back, relax with a beer (or two) and chat with everybody. I can always expect to hear a few backseat griller comments as he watches my every move. I always make his favorite summer dessert (strawberry shortcake) and the kid's make their own homemade Father's Day cards.
