Sweetheart Cookie

My husband Mike loves chocolate chip cookies. Since we try to watch our diets however, cookies are rarely found in our pantry. That is, except on Mike's birthday. Every year for my husband's birthday I wake-up early, sneak out to the kitchen and turn on the oven to 375 degrees. I remove the roll of Pillsbury cookie dough from the refrigerator and proceed to form a huge heart-shaped chocolate chip cookie. By the time Mike wakes up, the scent of fresh baked cookies has spread throughout the house and it has taken me little time to make the start of his birthday enjoyable. He is always greatly appreciative.
