The "Coming Home Outfit"

Each of my three children has worn the same special outfit home from the hospital. It’s a soft yellow outfit with a matching hand-embroidered sweater. Each child has been dressed in the "coming home outfit" by their father before we leave the hospital. For each child, we’ve asked the nurse to take a family photo before we leave for home. It’s nice to see how each child has looked at the same precious time in their life. We’re lucky that all of our children have been within one pound of each other so the outfit has always fit.
