The Easter Egg Hunt with the Golden Egg

Each Easter we plan a big Easter Egg hunt for all our grandchildren. We fill 100’s of plastic eggs with candy, coins and little gifts. Early Easter morning my husband and I go out into the yard and hide all the plastic eggs. We also hide one special golden egg that’s redeemable for a grand prize. The grandchild that finds the golden egg receives a $50 savings bond for their college fun. Every year I look forward to seeing all the kids running around the yard in their Sunday finest.
